Hacer means 'to do' or 'to make'.

Hacer is the infinitive form of the verb and it will stay in this form if it follows another conjugated verb.

Lo when tacked on the end of hacer can mean 'it'.

For example:

Quiero hacerlo. means I want to do it. because it combines the verb querer (to want - conjugated for yo/I = quiero) + the verb hacer (to do) + lo (it).

I hope this has helped smile
