Hi guys, I have been told many times the difference between Ser and Estar and when to use both but I just dont seem to grasp it.

Can someone please tell me the difference between the two and when to use them? Any answers will be appreciated! smile

Generally Ser is for anything more permanent, ie a profession or relationship, rather than something temporary like where you currently are or how you are feeling where you would use Estar
