If you are looking for a translation of your sentence, there is a translation button at the top of this page you can click on.
Hago is form of an irregular verb, hacer. Hacer means to do or to make. Your verb form is first person, present.
You can plug the infinitive into the conjugation function at the top of this page, too, so that next time you can figure it out yourself.
