But i think what Chicasabrosa means is that David starts off using the Tu form right from the off (de donde eres) , as does Kevin (cuantos anos tienes), and 'y tu' - therefore it would seem strange for them to then use 'su' for your instead of 'tu' .
He does refer to his friend as Ud. during the dialogue, so su is correct.
Although, for what it's worth, it did seem a little formal to me considering the dialogue among friends. 
Hi Dave, another quick remark:
I don't know all the proper terms for using grammar but when you are talking to a person or about a person, mind your yo, tu, el and so on.
David- Cuando es su (should be tu) cumpleanos.
If you leave "su" in it, you are either talking to your friend in a formal way as if you would call him "sir" or you are asking him when someone elses (a third person) birthday is

Don't forget that there is a significant difference between "tener que" = "to have to" and "tener" = "to have".
When talking about ages the latter is used: Tengo veintidos años

sorry just noticed one other thing. In David's section, 9 up from the bottom, its supposed to say I don't like the homework or to write the papers....i didnt think peridocos was the right word but i couldnt find the right one.

The word excursiones is meant to list hiking as a hobby. The sentence where you said its not right is supposed to say, i umpire little league softball and coach high school football. What does enye mean? Again thank you so much for your help.

This is a long dialogue, so I easily could have missed something, plus there are probably people who can give you a different and maybe better way of saying things than what I did, so keep working at it, but good start, good job!
