I have come to know that ****"I like you"**** can be write in spanish as Me gusta ti.
I have got question that why it can't be Me gusta tú?
Because I guess Tú means you in spanish, Please can anybody explian it to me why there is ti instead of tú?

Whoever told you that was incorrect!
If you wanted to say I like you, it would be "Me gustas."
It is an odd verb that literally translates to "you are pleasing to me." That is why it is conjugated in tú form, and the direct pronoun is "me."
You could also say "Me gustas a mi," to emphasize that you like this person.
"Te quiero" is I love you, and "Te amo" is, as well. Those are much stronger, though, so make sure this crush is a sure thing! 
The verb gustar has a construction in which the person affected is the indirect object, not the subject. It has been suggested to use "Me gustas" to express "I like you". In reality "Me gustas" is more like "I'm attracted to you", and it has a very sexual nature. If you are trying to express "I like you" to mean "I like you as a person", I would advise you to use: "Me caes bien/Me cae Ud. bien" or "Me caes (cae Ud.) simpático/a"
Missy is write. "I like you" would be "Me gustas". On another note, just for fun, you could say the, "me gustas tú", as you suspected but the extra pronoun on the end there is not needed (just sort of a bonus if you like). 
There's even a great popular song by Alexis y Fido called "Me Gustas Tú"... I personally recommend it.

Wow, jaja... pescador has a great point. While I wouldn't call it sexual, more so it's implying you're attracted to the person, I'll rephrase and revise saying, "me caes bien" is a much better way to tell someone you're not attracted to that seem cool to you and in that sense you like them.
