Hey Sam,
I'd say:"ellas tienen dieciséis y cuatro años de edad." There's no need to repeat the word años.

Tengo dos hermanos que se llaman Lauren y Lily-May, tienen dieciseis y cuatro años. The use of cuyos sounds wierd in this sentence a classic case of word to word translation there is no need for ellas either as it is obvious by context who is being referred to.
