Loganiza and Tora? (Spelling is wrong)

I was wondering if any Spaniards could explain what Tora is, which is a meal that consists of Loganiza (which is like sausages). I know both of the words are spelled incorrectly (I tried looking them up) but unfortunately I don't know how they are written...only how they sound. They also might be in Valenciano, but I really have no idea.

Can anyone help? Alguien me puede ayudar?

I was able to find "Longaniza" which is pretty close. No luck with "Tora", though. - Goldie_Miel, Apr 6, 2012

I have no idea about tora... talking about the other word, you were just missing an "N", it's "longaniza" smile

¿No querrás decir chistorra? No soy español, por eso pregunto.
