Is there a difference "víbora, culebra, serpiente, coralillo" (snake)?
In size, shape, venom?
Which one for un diablo?

Yes, they all mean different things.
serpiente - snake of medium or large size (also a synonym of diablo)
culebra - snake of small size
coralillo - coral snake
víbora - viper (venomous snake with hinged fangs)
Here in Guatemala I have heard "serpiente" and "culebra" used interchangeable.
I think that the bible uses "serpiente" for the Devil.
