They seem to be all phrases one would use as idioms are used in English, ie not in their literal sense but a metaphoric one.
I am familiar with palanca para inodoro which is the handle you have on the toilet to flush it.
A very useful item but to hang around like palanca para inodoro, if my memory serves me well, was to be waiting for something to happen. Because the handle does nothing by itself.

However I am not familiar with the other phrases. They do not belong to my "slang" or use of the language, which puts a question mark on my interpretation of the one above.
In what country did you hear them'

Cebolla y manerales para regadera. cebolla = onion, regadera = watering can
Regadera con chapeton.
Maneral con chapeton.
Palanca para indoro. palanca = crowbar indoro is probably inodoro = toilet
Contracanasta para Zinck
Contracanasta para triturador. triturador = grinder, crusher, shredder
Desague para tina. desague = drain, tina = vat, tub

Can't find manerales, chapeton,
contra = against, canasta = basket but don't know how you would translate that, but you need a basket for your shredder.
Zinck is probably a proper name.

con = with
para in this case = for
