What does "un Kiki" mean?

Question

I've been listening (a little obsessively I'll admit) to "Loca" by Shakira. What does "un Kiki" mean? It's in this part of the song:

El está por mi y por ti borró Y eso que tú tienes to’ Y yo ni un Kikí.

Be careful with this word in Spain: Here "Kiki" means "have sex" .

They play both the English versions and Spanish versions of that song here in Spain, and I must say, any Spaniard you ask tells you they dislike the Spanish version because IT MAKES NO SENSE. They prefer the English one!
