my friends just had puppies and she sent me a photo of the last one left (male). How do I say the above, when I translate is I get the following: Bueno Dias paco wow wow hombre or Bueno Dias pequeno "wow, wow" hombre. WHen I translate it back it does not seem correct

Hi Coco,
You are trying to translate an idiomatic expression with a play on words "wow", which I am afraid, does not work in Spanish. You may say something like: Hola pequeño guau guau (que es el sonido que emiten los perros). But mind you, it's overly literal.
