Unfortunate Chatroom Event

Question

Hi, I want to report something that I find highly inappropriate and uncalled for in the chat earlier this morning. I cannot find the orange feedback button on the right, nor can I send a private message to the moderators so I have opted to post this in the forum instead. Feel free to delete it if this is not the right avenue to express my annoyance and disappointment.

I joined SpanishDict a month ago. I am still learning Spanish and I do not speak it well, but I pick up a lot of useful phrases and words by reading and listening to people's conversation in the chatroom. I appreciate constructive criticism and I am not easily offended by crude words and innuendos. What happened earlier was done in bad taste and it did not sound like a joke to me at all.

Yes, this time I take offense. My mother passed away and this is the first thing I hear (see) this morning. I request to have pharoah246's account suspended from SD.

I am attaching a screencap for your reference. I have a copy of the entire conversation but I think this is enough.
