"nouu guei" was a comment I saw on Facebook, but I can't find any translation. Did the person misspell? or is it some other language? or a FB abbreviation?

Hola amiga, ¡bienvenido al foro! Were they writing in Spanish to begin with, or was it all in this mystery language? =] - DJ_Huero, Mar 31, 2012

He was probably trying to say "No wei/No guey"

My guess would be that it is just a funny attempt to say "no way", but written using Spanish phonetics.

It should have been "nouu güei" though. smile

Why not ask your FB-friend?
And if not possible: what language does (s)he speak?
"Nou moe" is a Dutch expression, meaning: "Huhhhh?????" And though it doesn't look like your comment, it does sound like it.
We need more information, I guess, to be able to answer your question.
