I want to learn how to speak Spanish quickly as well. I have found that that is impossible, but maybe with a lot of help and a little patience, I'll learn some. I have started listening to a local Spanish station in the car--mostly pop music and some talk. I also heard that watching a Spanish soap opera might help. Of course my Latino friend says what I don't want to hear: Practice, practice, practice. Anyway, bueno suerte (good luck!)

Pay attention in your classes. Get the grammar first, then you can learn the pronunciation.

I learned spanish by using only a spanish dictionary and searching for help in the internet,for example like this site.I think that it is very well organized and all the members here can help you.I do not know a quicker way..apart from Linguaphone which of course will cost you a lot of money!
