With "fearlessly "sounds fine to me! However, in Spanish I would probably use this one. ¡Vive sin temor!

I believe pescador is correct. "fearlessly is the adverb. How does he live? He lives fearlessly.

As an adjective it would be, What type of guy is he? He is fearless!

In this case , the imperative voice is telling you(generic), how to live, so the adverb would be used.

Live Fearlessly!

No sé exactamente por qué, pero personalmente me suena mejor cuando se usa el adverbio en lugar del adjetivo. Así: "Live fearlessly"

It sounds to me that the phrase " live fearless" might have come from an advertisement of some sort. In general, I would have to agree with Pescador that "live fearlessly" would be better.

Me parece que la frase 'live fearless' podría haber venido de un anuncio de alguna clase. Por lo general, tendría que estar de acuerdo con Pescador en que "live fearlessly" sería mejor.
