I need help deciphering a 30 second snippet of audio..,Traducir 30 secondas de audio?

I don't know if anyone can help, but I have a small snippet of audio that I have listened to again and again, and I can't understand the last 30ish seconds. The person speaks Costa Rican spanish. I have skype; if you think you may be able to help, please do. This is an important conversation, and I need to understand it correctly. Thanks. Michele

No sé si alguien puede ayudar, pero tengo un pequeño fragmento de audio que he escuchado a una y otra vez, y no puedo entender los últimos segundos de 30ish. Hola Michele.

¿Por qué no lo subes a Youtube o algo así? Saldría mucho más facil que hacer la vaina de Eskype.
