When I go to spain I hear ''buenas'' (Hi) more than any other hello.

And for goodbye they tend to say hasta luego.

Although they can be lazy (much like English speakers) and you will hear the hasta luego pronounced (Sta luego or a luego) and often in Spain the luego sounds like logo.So you hear (sta logo or a logo)
