It would be "A primera hora me toca Historia", that's it =)

"First hour" in this case means it's your first class of the day, right? And first hour at your school is at a certain time, for example, 8AM. So remember that you could get your meaning across by saying it a little differently, for example: I have History at 8AM, or: My first class of the day is History. The important thing is getting your meaning across clearly.
