Que es {pasticho}? I found it in a book , it was told that it is a kind of food of venezuela, but I can't find it in the diccionary. Who knows it?

Saratoga is right about this being considered a lasagna in Venezuela. If you google the word "Pasticho" you will find several images and a number of recipes for this dish. Here's a picture of the one that made my mouth water.
