Hola solotoor. La frase "what for" in este caso es un dicho en inglés que significa algo como "voy a golpearte", o posiblemente "voy a regañarte".

This is an idiomatic expression in English meaning that I will be upset or angry and will scold or yell at you.

However, it is not a very common expression so you will not see or hear it often.

Hola.. ¿Podrías asegurarte de que la frase en inglés está bien escrita? Como está no tiene mucho sentido.

Lo único que se me ocurre es "Si no has hecho (ej, tu tarea) para cuando regrese, vas a saber lo que es bueno".

Hi Gringo

You might not hear it often in your part of the world but it is used extensively here in many parts of Enland. The basic meaning is that there will be some form of punishment.
