or

"Son cualidades de cada individuo"

or

"Son cualidades de cada quien"

or

"Son cualidades naturales"... sólo que en este caso no tendría mucho sentido.

It is 'el corazón', so therefore: cualidades del corazón.

And I suggest: Compasión y sabiduría son cualidades por naturaleza. Which would make it: (truly) natural qualities, instead of qualities of nature as in flora, fauna, ...

I wonder if serenity and generosity aren't naturally present qualities as well, which are probably all too often and too soon attached and discarded due to education. I mean: you do not have to 'train them with the heart' but more: protect and practice them. And the wisdom can and will (with age) be developed, but only if you work on it. I'd opt for swopping lines 1 and 5.
