Do you use the word bebo (to drink) like bebo agua, or me bebo agua? I would like to know how to use the verb bebo. And is bebo to drink, I drink, or what?

Infinitve of the verb is Beber to drink and bebo is first person I drink e.g. Bebo cerveza = I drink beer and that is all you need to say, there is no need to prefix the sentence with Yo as that would be like saying: I, I drink beer and you wouldn't use I twice in English and niether do you in Spanish.
