Don't speak Espanol
I have had two Spanish men say because i speak English so fast that I sound like an old lady. I have never heard this in English, can someone explain?

Hi and welcome to the forum! Perhaps they are just not fluent in English and that it is hard for them to pick up. I don't know. Just a thought.

Tal vez hablas demasiado. Claro, es irrespetuoso decir eso a alguien, aunque sea cierto.
Maybe they want you to say that you speak very fast and can not understand you well what deices it, because there are some people who speak English more slowly and is more easy for us understand them, that their language we do not master very well.
Are they Spanish men as in men from Spain? Or men who speak Spanish? If it is the former, then maybe it is a joke because most of the old ladies here in Spain speak super fast.
I sometimes think my friend´s grandma talks like there aren´t enough hours in the day to get all the words out of her head and out of her mouth. It´s exhausting listening to her sometimes...so hyper and chatty!
