Después - Afterwards
Luego - Later
Entonces - Then (That time, That occasion)
Desde entonces -> since then(that time)
Luego te veo -> see you then (later)
Primero lo negó y después lo confesó -> he first denied it, then(afterwards) he confessed it.
If you spend some time in the dictionary section by punching the words into the translater one at a time, you will find that it sheds much needed light on allowed usage.
