"Does that make sense?"

Question

How many ways can you say "Does that make sense?" in Spanish? And which ways are most common?

I want to try speaking in ways I'm not sure about, so I want to ask this question at the end to see if people understand what I am saying, or if I'm saying it incorrectly.

• ¿Lo he dicho bien? +++

• ¿Lo estoy diciendo bien?

• ¿Tiene sentido?

• ¿Tiene sentido esto?

• ¿Tiene sentido eso?

• ¿Tiene sentido lo que digo?

• ¿Tiene sentido lo que dije? +

• ¿Lo dije correctamente? ++

"¿Está bien dicho?"

"¿Suena bien lo que he dicho?"

"¿Se dice así en español?"

"¿Entiendes lo que digo?"

"¿Está claro (lo que digo)?

De todas las opciones de Caefuego (todas perfectas, por supuesto), la que más utilizo es "¿Lo he dicho bien?" y también me gusta mucho la de RedLine "¿Me entiendes (si lo digo así/si digo eso)?"

I'd like to add that I will usually add a very simple "¿Entiende?" or "¿Me entiendes?" if I know I'm butchering a couple phrases or more difficult words, and it usually comes off very casual and unoffensive. And most importantly, it seems to be easily understood and received well... I think I actually picked it up from hearing natives say it to each other!
