A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, LL, M, N, Ñ, O, P, Q, R, RR, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z.

  • When I was a kid, there was another letter called "che" (Ch) but for some reason it was removed from the alphabet.
  • The tildes and diéresis are not letter, they are modifiers of the sound of letters. Tilde ( ´ ) is used to tell you where the accented syllable goes. Refer to the rules of the tilde for detailed information. Click here for more info
  • Diéresis is used to force a silent "u" to sound. I.E. Guerra = Silent "u", Agüero = normal "u" sound.

Isn't "ache" the letter "H" and "che" is used for "ch"? Please correct me if I'm wrong. - Nilda-Ballardo, Mar 21, 2012
Nilda, you are right. "Ch" is pronounced "che" and "H" is pronounced "ache" - missy8888, Mar 21, 2012
Yes Nilda! "che" Wow, I can't believe I said that! The letter was called "che" (Ch) but does not exist anymore! - farallon7, Mar 21, 2012

Hecho, I think you shouldn't compliment one person, but not the other. Carson's answer was great too. Just a thought, amigo. - 00cdfbd9, Mar 21, 2012
