"Somehow" -- ¿"Como se llama"?

¡Hola!
At the end of the film También la lluvia, Daniel asks Costa what he will do now. Costa replies "I will finish this thing..." and then he says something that the subtitle translates as "Somehow." To me, the Spanish sounded like "Como se llama."
Would you have any ideas about what Costa actually said which sounded like "Como se llama," but was translated as "Somehow."
