."endiamantada a media tarde con anillos que incluso ocultan el novísimo aro celta matrimonial".

... glittering with diamonds, at midafternoon, with rings which hide/obscure even the superb new Celtic wedding ring.

I don't understand why it's at middafternoon, perhaps that's when the wedding or whatever is taking off,. This is the best I can do without more context. Better help may arrive soon.

Thanks to cordobesa I have improved my version to glittering with. I got the diamonds out of my head, actually. - annierats, Mar 19, 2012

Endiamantada = a woman full of diamonds, or jewels in general.

Hi and welcome to the forum:

This is my translation attempt:

"endiamantada a media tarde con anillos que incluso ocultan el novísimo aro celta matrimonial"

Full of jewels, at mid-afternoon, with rings that even hide the very newest Celtic wedding rings.
