I think that about.spanish.com gives great explanations of grammar.
http://www.wordreference.com/ It is good to get other adjectives
http://www.studyspanish.com/tutorial.htm It is good for grammar
http://www.spanishdict.com It is good to ask people if your sentences are correct and to quickly find out an answer for a question about grammar or word choice.
If you want to practice your listening, lyricstraining.com is great. You can watch a music video in Spanish (or another language) and it shows the lyrics underneath, except there are blanks in the lyrics to fill in as you listen. It's set up like a game and scores you at the end based on accuracy and speed. There are hundreds of different songs to choose from and it's completely free.
One of my favorite sites that has, so far, not been mentioned is "lomástv". It costs money, but is well worth what it costs. There you can view music videos in Spanish. "Tania" by Fase is one of my favorite videos to watch. The singer, Alma Velasco, has a great voice, and the graphics of the video are awesome. Other things you can see at the site are tv programs, soap operas, etc. You get to see the actual Spanish and then the English translation in the form of subtitles. The site features content from many countries in Latin America. It's a good place to see just how different Spanish is in Argentina than, say, Mexico.

The site has audiobooks such as (El corazón delator/The Tell-Tell Heart) with a parallel reading section of one side English and the other Spanish. I'm shocked it's free.
