El café está delicioso y muy bueno.

El café está riquísimo. "Riquísimo" is as superlative as you can get so no need to add anything to it such as "Muy bien" etc.

"La café está deliciosa y muy buena" is a literal translation. You might also say "la café está muy rica." "Rica" is often used to mean "delicious" more commonly and more broadly than the english "rich." Remember to use "ser" instead of "estar" if you are talking about coffee in general, and not just a specific cup.
