Dudo or Dudo que

Dudo que me mudaría si me ganara la lotería. Dudo me mudaría si me ganara la lotería. Does the sentence need the que?

This sentence should translate to: I doubt I would move if I won the lottery.

Please tell me if there are any other errors in this sentence.

You need the "que", and you have to use the subjunctive:

"Dudo que me mudara, si ganara la lotería".

Cordobesa is correct, of course, with the Spanish.

Although we often leave out the "that" in our everyday speech, your sentence in English should read:

I doubt that I would move if I won the lottery.

This will help you see where the "que" comes in for the Spanish translation.
