No me preocuparía de nada.

This is what I ahve written but I am not sure if it is correct?

"No me preocuparía de nada" is perfect, but you're using the conditional (I wouldn't worry), so I would say "No preocuparse de nada" :) - Cordobesa, Mar 18, 2012

This is "I would not worry about anything" It might be better to say "No te peocupada sobre nada." This would be telling someone "Do not be worried about anything."
