en el/en/el año pasado

Which word/words do I put before saying "año pasado" I want to use this in the sentence:

En el/El/En año pasado trabajado por mí misma en una pequeña tienda

Remember that there is a difference in using the past participle and the past tense. "Trabajado" is the past participle of the verb trabajar. In English this is "worked", which is also he past tense form of the verb "to work".

This is not the case for the Spanish verb "trabajar". The past would be expressed as "trabajé" for "I worked".

I think you can just say: El año pasado he trabajado... and so on. Remember to put 'he' in the sentence before trabajado!
