Someone suggested that I post the new videos in a new thread for more visibility.
So here are a couple of more Chucheman cooking videos.
I always have a batch of the chili de árbol in the house. It is very hot but great as a marinade on meat headed for the grill or in soups, also on tacos.

He sure is fun to watch!
I have just cooked his 'arroz con coca cola' (using less than his 'poquito de sal 
' ) and it was delicious.
