Supposing that this question was asked to you, it can either mean that you didn't hear it well ("Puedo ir al baño") or that the other person doesn't speak Spanish.
Puedo ir al baño means that somebody asked you if (s)he could use your bathroom/toilet. But if you have come to this forum to ask for the translation first before answering, I am afraid you will be too late
