  • It sounds to me this is part of a tong twister we use to help kids pronounce the "rr" sound
  • ¡Erre con erre cigarra, erre con erre barril, rápido ruedan los carros cargados de azúcar al ferrocarril!

"The cars run fast" - There is a translator at the top of the page but it doesn't give exact answers.

Also i think it may be best noted that this sentence is mostly for the purpose of being a tongue twister, or to help you with the spanish "rr"
