Audio sound

Question

I cannot listen the audio of words while the sound of your videos is perfect. I do it from my iPad. Thanks.

Hello auriroy,

I had the same problem but managed to solve it after viewing an article on the Microsoft website. I've posted this answer about audio twice before but I don't know if I'm posting in the proper place as I just joined the forum yesterday. Please try this and let me know if it works for you. It did work for me and I can now hear everything.

You must enable access to Windows Media Player in order to listen to the mp3 sounds. You can do that through 'set program access and defaults'. MP3s play through Windows Media Player. You can hear an mp3 through Windows Explorer, but not through Internet Explorer (8 in my case). Also verify that Windows Media Player is enabled in your add-ons. Click on Tools/Manage Add ons.
