If you are talking about a place (park, house, museum), you would say "estamos en..." (estamos en el parque, estamos en la casa, estamos en el museo)

You could say "estamos en", regarding a place. If you were walking about meeting up with someone at a predetermined location, you could simply say "ya estamos"
