Need help: Can't access the learning videos

Hola, I can't access the learning videos. The video keeps on saying "sorry, this episode is temporarily unavailable" It would be great if someone would be able to explain to me what I should do. I can do the exercises but I can't watch the videos. Gracias.

Try reporting this problem to Feedback. There is a feedback button on the right of the screen.

I had this error a couple of times. I reloaded the page using the refresh icon. It worked fine after that.
