Me encantan los fines de semana cuando puedo obtener y comer birria (de chivo) de la taquería cercana.

I love the weekends when I can get and eat birria from the nearby taquería.

*Birria is a delicious spicy meat (usually goat) stew, that is absolutely perfecto en el invierno!
