It's slang for, "Do you understand?". So, "¿Entiendo? is close in meaning. I assume you are familiar with other ways to say that in Spanish. I'd like to hear some alternatives.

I think it also pertains to liking or enjoying something, like music for example:
So, how about the ever popular =>
- ¿Te gusta?
- ¿Te mola?
- ¿Te cae?
