Can I use the preposition "sobre" in meaning "about" :
I am speaking about my car.
Estoy hablando sobre mi coche.
???
Is it correct, please ? Thank you.

Yes, but in the example you give, it would sound a little bit better to say, "de mi coche" I would think.
