Using ¨gustar¨ and demonstrative pronouns

Question

Context: The movie (la película) is already established. And we are talking about ¨this one¨ in the present, although we watched the movie long, long ago.

My Dad and I really liked this one, too!

My attempt: Mi papá y yo realmente gustado ésta, también!

Por favor, corrija mi español.

I would vary annie's answer and say "nos gustó realmente" but wait for a native for confirmation.

Yeah annierats is correct I think - you need the preterite for 'gustar' which is gustó, otherwise you're almost saying "we have liked..."

2 things, in spanish you need mention first the other persons and last mention to you..

example: Jorge, Ignacio, mi papá y yo

the correct natural translation is: A mi papá y a mí también nos gustó mucho.

From the answers I'm getting "gustado" is clearly not the right conjugation, it seems "gustó" is favored.

I'm not sure why "gustó", in the preterit is used. Sometime in the past we watched a movie. But I didn't share a specific begin and end so wouldn´t it be ´nos gustaba¨. Muchas gracias!

If 'nos gustaba¨ is a correct translation I wondered if "gustábamos" without the nos could be another option.

My full Spanish sentence would be, ¨A mi papá y yo realmente gustábamos ésta, también!

Doesn't gustábamos translate to "it is pleasing to us" ?
