Constructions with se

I have figured out the first 4 but can't figure out 5. Can someone please help me. I really don't understand these Constructions with se!

1. Se prohíbe gritar (to shout) en la biblioteca.
2. Se hace comida en la cafetería.
3. Se juega fútbol americano en el estadio.

4. Se venden libros en la librería.

5. Se ________ exámenes médicos en la clínica.

Se prohíbe gritar (to shout) en la biblioteca. This is OK

Se hace comida en la cafetería. Should be: Se sirve comida en la cafetería.

Se juega fútbol americano en el estadio. Se juega al fútbol americano en el estadio.

Se venden libros en la librería. This is OK

Se hacen exámenes médicos en la clínica. (Note the plural form of the verb on this one.)
