Lo que cae pero no rompe, y lo que rompe pero no cae?

What falls but doesn't break, and what breaks but doesn't fall?

See if you can figure it out!! And also please correct my sentence.

day and night

Day breaks and night falls. Pretty clever, huh?? I didn't make it up so i can't take credit.

Hi, t1. I think you could say "Estoy cerca?" for "Am I close?" I'm pretty certain you can say "¿Me estoy cercando a la respuesta (correcta)? (or "Me acerco a..?" or "Estoy cercándome a..?") but I think it's very wordy. - Goldie_Miel, Mar 8, 2012
