• All those terms mean. Sunrise. It is just the first rays of sunlight in the morning.
• Alba = Is the light in the sky just before the sun appears.

Just a guess: Touching the sun.

A few words of the song: es más fácil llegar al sol que a tu corazón me muero por ti.

This makes me think it is a metaphorical touching of the sun.

'Rayando el Sol' is a metaphor. They are reaching for the Sun. Or scratching for the Sun. They are reaching for something above them, just like the love of the girl in the song is above them.So--more or less--the translation of the relevant stanzas would be:

"Reaching for the Sun, reaching for you. This shame burns me, hurts me, without your love. You haven't called me, I'm desperate. It has been many moons I've cried you.
