- Spanish = Ensalada de bacalao y arroz blanco con cebolla, champiñones y pimienta. --- Bacalao salado y y arroz blanco con cebolla, champiñones y pimienta
- English = Cod salad and white rice with onions, mushrooms and pepper. --- Salty cod and white rice with onions, mushrooms and pepper
- Pepper = Pimienta --- Bell pepper = pimentones.
- Salada = Salted (female), salado (male)
- Ensalada = Salad.

bacalao salada = salted fish (Caribbean)
blanco arroz = in the dictionary (located at the top of this screen)
cebollas = dictionary
hongos = dictionary
pimientas = dictionary

Actually, I have to disagree with Mariana because salted cod is quite popular in Spain as well.
