Lobster bake

Lobster bake

I'm having a problem coming up with how to say "lobster bake". A lobster bake is just a cook-out, basically, but the lobsters aren't barbecued. They're steamed in seaweed in a pit you make on the beach --

Any ideas?

This is the same way that barbacoa is made. I know it sounds like barbeque but it is not. barbacoa is a pit based cooking method, while barbeque is asado or hecho por asador.

So I think langosta estilo barbacoa.

In Rhode Island we call this a "Clam Bake". All the ingredients are steamed seaweed in a pit or a can.
