Who, what, or where am I? #13
I know, I know, ..... we are all still dancing and singing to Jorge Celedon's vallenatos, but I have just bought a ticket for this great man's upcoming concert, April 8th, Amsterdam, and I am sooooo happy about that.
The obvious questions are: Who is he and where is he from?

(His name has been mentioned on this forum quite recently ![]()

Gilberto Santa Rosa, a.k.a. El Caballero de la Salsa, from Puerto Rico, is a bandleader and singer of salsa and bolero.
He developed a unique style of "soneo" (improvisation) in salsa that permitted him to be successful in both the "tropical" and "romantic" styles of the music.
As of 2010, he holds the record for the most number-one albums on the Billboard Tropical Albums chart.
Some of his hits: Vivir sin ella, De amor y salsa, Good vibration, Conteo regreso, La agarro bajando, ... and of course Viceversa which made him famous in all of Latin-America and the Latin communities in the United States and Europe.
Here are 2 clips from his 2011 concert in Amsterdam: La agarro bajando and Conteo regresivo.
The second one is extremely funny: while Gilberto Santa Rosa is singing, a female fan joins him on stage. She dances around a bit and then falls. He immediately adapts the lyrics of his song.

Isn't there anybody out there who likes (to) salsa???
hint: Indignado knows him. He promoted this artist only 3 days ago.
