Pipas (de girasol) mondadas seems to be one way of saying "shelled (sunflower) seeds." Could also be from other plants, such as pumpkin seeds.

Hi, I bought these bag of seeds or nuts and that was all it said on the front pipa mondana, I just wondered if they were nuts or seeds.
